“For quite some time, I was badly injuring my back, even with regular exercise and workouts. The physiotherapists did a great job on restoration but did not seem to focus on prevention. So about 16 years ago, I asked Ainslie what I was doing wrong, and she told me it is all about having a strong core. That was a major turning point, and she put me on a balanced program of core strengthening, cardio and weights. Ainslie continues to be my fitness coach -I can say that my back is now repaired and that I have returned to being a cyclist. She also taught me how to swim. It is wonderful to enjoy retirement by being active.”
